INTRODUCTION

Rijsterborgh values your privacy. We do not sell your data to third parties and only share it if necessary to provide our service or if we are required to do so by law.

PERSONAL DATA

PROCESSING THE FOLLOWING DATA FROM YOU

You are not (legally) obliged to provide your personal data. If you want to use our services, several pieces of information are required from you. We are careful to avoid asking for more data from you than necessary. If you contact us, your contact details will be stored. This data is used for further communication with you. This involves general contact details, such as your name, your phone number and/or your email address.

If you wish to use our services, the following personal data will be processed:

These personal data are to be used only for the purposes for which they were obtained. Special personal data, such as data relating to political opinions, religious beliefs or health are not requested by us.

LEGITIMATE PROCESSING

Only persons who are obliged to maintain confidentiality by virtue of their profession, statutory provision, office or under an employment contract process personal data. Personal data will only be processed if this is necessary for the preparation or execution of the agreement concluded or to be concluded with you. Here, compliance with the processing grounds set out in Article 6 of AVG is decisive.

PERSONAL DATA SECURITY

Rijsterborgh considers the security of your data important. For this reason, we ensure that appropriate security measures are in place. For example, only employees authorised to do so have access to personal data to the extent necessary to perform their jobs.

To ensure the principle of integrity and confidentiality, Rijsterborgh shall take all technical and organisational security measures to prevent unauthorised access or use of personal data. Rijsterborgh shall ensure compliance with the measures taken. Processing agreements are in place with companies handling your data that comply with current privacy legislation. Rijsterborgh confirms its compliance with the mandatory data breach notification as set out in the mandatory notification policy rules.

STORAGE PERIODS

Rijsterborgh does not retain your personal data for longer than is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which your data are collected. General contact details will be retained for as long as necessary to have contact. Customer data is retained for as long as you are a customer. Thereafter, only the data necessary to comply with legal obligations will be retained for as long as required by legal provisions.

Provision of personal data

Rijsterborgh shares your personal data only with parties that provide support in performing the agreement with you, such as affiliated companies or other associated companies and software providers. Rijsterborgh may have to share data with third parties if it is legally required to do so

RIGHT OF ACCESS AND DELETION

You have the right to access and rectify, and in certain cases you can request to be deleted or have your data transferred (data portability). The right to object to or restrict certain processing operations also exists under certain circumstances. The right of access will only be granted to the person concerned or his/her authorised representative. Interested parties or their authorised representatives must be able to identify themselves and/or prove their authorisation where appropriate. In the event of data deletion, the data shall include a statement that the data have been deleted at the request of the data subject.
